Please bring any useful relevant medical history, clinical letters, previous prescriptions and for eye appointments your current glasses.
We can communicate a detailed letter to your GP or Optician of our examination and findings.
If you decide you wish to continue with NHS treatment, we can refer directly to the NHS, or to the NHS via your GP
